Our Story

From Vision to Impact

Kindness for Creatures was founded in 2024 by a group of high school students who combined their passion for animals with a love for sports. What began as a simple idea to host a basketball tournament to raise funds for local animal shelters has grown into a student-led nonprofit organizing competitive sporting events across the community.

Driven by compassion and the belief that every animal deserves care, kindness, and a safe home, we've raised thousands of dollars for local shelters and rescues. Our mission is to support animal welfare while empowering youth to take action—and have fun doing it. Through teamwork, service, and advocacy, we're building a movement that helps animals and unites our community.

Our Goals

Rescue & Adoption

Increase animal adoptions by 30% through our foster and adoption programs.

Education

Educate 500 students annually about responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.

Volunteer Growth

Engage 50+ high school volunteers in meaningful animal welfare work each year.
